We want every visitor to be able to research neighborhoods, compare floor plans, estimate fees, and book a tour on this site — regardless of ability or the assistive technology they use. Accessibility is treated as part of the build, not an afterthought: it is reviewed whenever we design new pages and features.

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the widely accepted benchmark for accessible websites. Conformance is an ongoing effort rather than a finished checkbox: new content ships regularly, and we keep auditing and improving against these guidelines.

Some of the concrete measures already in place across the site:

• Semantic page structure with proper landmarks and a skip-to-content link on every page
• Full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator on interactive elements
• Reduced-motion preferences respected — animations settle down when your device asks for less motion
• Text alternatives on meaningful images, including model photos and floor plans
• A color system checked for readable contrast between text and backgrounds
• Forms with visible labels, clear error messages, and no time limits

Parts of the experience rely on third-party services whose accessibility we cannot fully control — embedded YouTube videos, the Calendly scheduling widget, virtual home tours, and builder-provided floor-plan documents. Some older video content may lack complete captions.
